1. I just registered my account; when I will be able to start using it?
* Post Bank Wizard is highly automated web application. Once you register your account,
you will be able to use it immediately.
2. After registering a Post Bank Wizard account, do I need to install any additional
software on my computer in order to run Post Bank Wizard?
* No, Post Bank wizard is 100% web based application and it does not require any
additional software to be installed on the local machine.
3. Which browser can I use to access Post Bank Wizard?
* Post Bank Wizard is optimized for use with all major browsers such as: Internet
Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.
4. How many universities can be added to the Post Bank wizard database?
* Post Bank Wizard does not put any limitation on number of universities that can
be added to the database.
5. How many classes can be added to the Post Bank wizard database?
* Post Bank Wizard
does not put any limitation on number of classes that can be added to the PBW database.
6. How many posts and threads can be added to the Post Bank wizard database?
* Post Bank Wizard does not put any limitation on number of post and threads that
can be added to the PBW database.
7. I teach at different universities that have different class session lengths.
Will be able to assign different session lengths for each university?
*Yes, with post Bank Wizard you will be able to assign different number of weeks
(session length) per each class that you teach.
8. I teach at two universities that have different requirements regarding a minimum
number of weekly posts that instructor has to make. Will I be able to track how
many times I posted each week in each university/class?
* Yes, Post Bank Wizard will track how many times you posted in each class in each
university and display that information on your home page, so you can easily monitor
how many times you posted in each class.
9. Will I have to enter the class information each time I am teaching a new session
of the same class?
* No, you are required to enter class information only one time. Once data is entered,
you will be able to simply select your class from the drop down list of classes
that you are teaching.
10. I teach 6 classes and I am always afraid that I will forget when each session
starts/ends, which class is in which week, etc. Is it possible to track the information
regarding session start /end through the Post Bank Wizard?
* Yes, by adding a new session into database and entering a start date and a number
of weeks, Post Bank Wizard will calculate the end date, as well as the current week
that the class is in. All that information will be displayed on your home page,
making sure that always know which class is in session, in which week, and how many
times you posted in the threads.
11. Does Post Bank Wizard depend on the platform?
*No. Since Post Bank Wizard works with text, you can use it regardless of whether
you utilize Blackboard, eCollege, Angel, or proprietary platforms. Post Bank Wizard
works very well as a solution for chats and live sessions as well.
